Money **** at Cartrack

I requested a settlement amount for cancellation mid November the amount was R1079,60, this was including all the outstanding premiums and the cancellation fee, I called to verify today and I was informed of an amount of R1230, the monthly instalment was supposed to be R119, why all of a sudden this ****? And also these people will call you at all times of the early morning and late night we’ll into 21:00 with rude tones and attitudes. How are they still operating, I honestly should have cancelled when the device wasn’t working as they were in breach of contract. Cartrack is absolute nonsense.
