Money outstanding from Cartrack

I do not get a reply again from Cartrack, they did not pay me the whole amount as per the statement that they send me, I did forward the statement and the sms notification amount that they paid into my account, after duducting money from my account without my consent, and the period that I waited for it, I regard it as very unprofessional for a big company like Cartrack.
