I am very disappointed with this tracking company. When I install my tracker unit I asked them if it is free installation. They told me "yes", then the next day, they charged me the installation fee. Afterwards, they phoned me to add "roadside assistance to my policy". The consultant was not clear about this product telling me I have a high risk vehicle. After I reviewed my contract I saw it is bull ****. I contact them to cancel. They cancel it then they take money for something else 1st, then afterwards they now want the cancellation fee. I got their unit 1 month in my car and they bull**** me. They are taking money from my bank account without proper communication. I will take my vehicle to another tracker company because these people are phoning me alot for bull ****.
