Missing vehicle in parking garage at mall

I received friendly and efficient service from a young lady, K C Kasan. I couldn't remember where I had parked. After about 20 mins of searching for my vehicle l called Car track to check where my vehicle was. Fortunately, it was still in the parking garage. Finally, i found my vehicle. I was a little stressed but Miss Kasan was very helpful. Thank you
