Missed reinstallation appointments

Wow, I am lost for words. I requested for a de-installation and re-installation of my tracking unit when i traded in my old car foe a new one. The unit was de-installed as per cartrack , they never showed up on the many appointments we've made to reinstall. I lost my car within two weeks of purchase after our house was ******.

The tracker still wasn't installed , regardless of the many attempts I made to have the technician come and do the install. I am lost for words, what kind of service is this?

Stay far away from cartrack. They are not interested in delivering service to clients.
