Miss Information from Cartrack

I am extremely upset with the service i received from Cartrack. I was quoted for a tracker on my car, I wanted the R99.00 deal they had. the agent sold me the wrong deal, which was R199. the money was deducted from my account. i called them and ask them to check the recording which they did and noticed she made a mistake. the problem I am having is the R99 deals has nothing really covered on it. You pay for something but there is no recovering on it or you can't even use the app. Now that i asked to cancel the policy due to miss information, I must now pay R1300.00. This is not fair and I am really not very happy with this.

This is wrong information they have given me and now I am the one suffering and must pay more money.

This is unacceptable.

I will never ever recommend Car Track to any family member or friend.
