I'm so disappointed with cartrack I installed their tracker last year October then after a month I realized that when the terminal is taken off it doesn't respond to them and I also don't get calls from them then I request a call to escalate the issue the promise to send a technician from November last year till today I was calling every month then this Monday on the 26 may 2025 I called them asking about the something they promise to send a technician this Friday and I also had a problem with their car watch the lady promise to reboot it and i must drive the car for 5 minutes it will be fine and I did that but it was still doing the same thing then one lady called me Tuesday on the 27 may 2025 telling me that the technician is coming to fix the problem I reported November 2024 then boom today morning the car was ****** and they couldn't see on their side n I couldn't get any notification or call from them because it doesn't alert that something is happening to the car coz their device is ****ed up while I'm paying R289 monthly I found my car stripped they took my computer box and battery so still they don't care I've been calling like crazy person they just drop the call
