Misleading Plans & Hidden Terms – Beware!

Please choose any other tracking company. It’s not worth the headache.

When I first enquired, they listed their plans along with optional value-added services. I chose the Standard plan with a panic button, only to find out after installation that the tracker they installed doesn’t even support a panic button. On top of that, if you add a panic button to any plan, their recovery warranty no longer applies—meaning if they fail to recover your ****** vehicle, you get nothing.

When I contacted customer support, they told me I’d have to upgrade to Premium if I wanted a panic button, even though this wasn’t made clear upfront. Be very careful when choosing a plan with Cartrack—what you think you’re getting may not be what’s actually installed.
