Misleading Information and No Response from Cartrack Agent

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from and their agent, Kamohelo Khohlo.

Before agreeing to the service, I was clearly told by the agent that since my vehicle already had a tracker installed, I would qualify for a discounted rate on the camera service. I was informed that instead of paying approximately R266, I would only pay around R186.

Based on this information, I agreed to proceed.

However, this agreement has not been honoured. I am being charged the full amount, which is not what was communicated to me.

I have since tried to resolve this matter directly by emailing the agent, but I have received no response. This lack of communication and failure to honour what was promised is unacceptable.

I am requesting the following:

- That the agreed discounted price be honoured, OR - A clear explanation as to why I was misled - A copy of the recording of my conversation with the agent as proof of what was promised
