Misleading customers

On the 14 May I received a call from a sales consultant by the name of Storm. He sold me a track and told me that a car protector & car watch were included in R199 premium. Only to find out after the installation that car protector and car watch will be an additional amount. So I requested them to cancel it Cos what they sold me was not what was given. Now they want cancelation fees and I have asked them to send me the audio recording of the contract and I've been send from pillar to post. Finally on the 17 June I've received the recording but it has been tampered.
