Mislead era and money schemers

Big time ****mers and unauthorized charges. Was called by the call Centre agent to be offered a free service (which as a new client I thought was a benefit for joining as they say no addition cost). Being misled though it and after call, I get debited money. When I call to ask why they debit me, the agent says its the fees for the addition servive. So I tell them cancel the service as I don't need additional fees. You will then pay a penalty for cancelation, debit order fees and additional. Monthly charges for the service that was canceled. Somehow they are able to debit you without authorisation. Team leaders and customer service have remorse for their poor serverices. It's their way of doing business. If I didn't have to pay cancelation fees, I would cancel contract immediately. Good luck to those wanting to deal with Cartack.
