Mis management of accounts and no accountability on recovery.
My car was highjacked in Dec 2022 and was never recovered and now in 2026 I am receiving debt collection calls and legal threads emails on a **** overdue account from cartracker about the very same car they could not recover. Trying multiple times to debit my account after 3 years of no communication from cartracker.

After weeks of my review on CARTRACK I continue to receive debt collections calls and final demand letters and no back charges refund has been made as arranged. I have received a confirmation letter about the contract cancellation. Nothing is been said about the recovery of my vehicle up to this date.
