****ming of Pensioners!

My father was called by CarTrack on 13 April by a lady who was trying to sell him an added service. My father asked multiple times if the added service was going to increase his premium and she kept saying no. On 16 April, CarTrack then deducted money from my father's account and when we asked why, they said it was the added service he "asked for" and that his premium would increase. He then asked to speak to the supervisor who said would investigate then he cancelled the added-on service. This is after being called multiple times to get my father to take the add-on at a discounted price as Cartrack was in the wrong but my father refused. On 14 May, CarTrack then sent a letter saying my father had 10 days to pay for the added service, threatening him that should he not pay, they will suspend all services and should the car be ******, he would be liable to pay R25000!! Make that make sense!

It's sickening how you prey of pensioners! Nobuhle (Your agent/supervisor) even listened to all the recordings and said she would also escalate because the lady who ****med by father was clearly in the wrong for adding a service and extra charge when she clearly said there would be no charge. My father clearly said if there is an extra charge, he is not interested! Stop with the threatening messages and get a manager to sort this out now!! This is very disturbing!
