****ming clients money for the cancelled contracts

I am unhappy with car track ,I cancelled the contract with since my car was sold.I called to ask the settlement ,I got three different settlements from them,from R2650 to R3300 R3300 was paid on the 7th of December 2023 after a call with one of their agents who was very rude ,he sent me banking details I paid

Now they debited R2650 ,why am I being ****med for the service I cancelled and settled according to their terms

They are really playing with people,****mers I want my refund now because this is messing with my finances
