I have a subscription with Cartrack and I’ve sold the vehicle. I called them to deinstall and reinstall, the agent I spoke to seemed that she was called off from the street and just given a phone and numbers to dial, she was so useless and uninformed. It was agreed to do the deinstallation and reinstalling it, but they failed to communicate any progress with me till I’ve decided to cancel the process of deinstalling and reinstalling. In spite of calling a thousand times to inform them that I don’t want them to do the deinstalling and reinstalling, they tried to debit my account I called another thousand times to inform them that I’ve cancelled the process Now, each and every I get calls from their accounts department telling me that I’m owing them for the deinstalling and reinstalling process which never took place
