Michael Lijo from Cartrack almost immediately called to check if all was fine after the Car Guard was activated when we had turned the car on. I had forgotten to deactivate the guard. He was friendly and very thorough before he confirmed that we were in fact the owners of the vehicle. Very happy with his service.
