****mers unfair blacklisting

I received an email that I am blacklisted but I have been paying my areas and cartrack are there ones who keep on rejecting my payment and when I text and call them they kept on saying my account its up to date so how am I blacklisted ? i have been calling to sort out its issue of when I pay they reject the money and send me my money back when I ask they say nothing is wrong my account is up to date but now they say I'm owing even today I called they said their manager will call till now no call
