****** ****mers stop 🛑 harassing me

I’m still not good with these ****** ****mers now they are harassing me and keep on taking my money, since the 12 Nov I’ve been calling them and some here now know my story and on the 21 Nov one of their consultants called and after the call I thought everything is now resolved because they even sent me an email with the proof not until the 25 Nov when they debited and I reversed as I’ve stated on my previous complains and wrote my progress story with them and their reply here was “Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. We will investigate and are confident that this matter will be clarified” of which I believe they don’t investigate further because now I’m being harassed by their consultants on email and WhatsApp almost everyday saying I didn’t pay for this month, how so while my subscription was cancelled and they are busy going to my bank account and taking my money, for the start I never refused to pay if I’m at fault all I wanted was the recording of me the day I took the policy with you back in 2023 where you stated all your Ts&Cs and I would have listened to it then hear if everything was explained to me or not till today I’ve never got it and in one of their calls one of their consultants said they got the recording they will email it to me but till date I’ve never got then the day after that consultant’s call I got another call where they said they are not finding the it so they will cancel with no fee and since my current car is covered by them. Cartrack what you’re doing to me is harassment and you’re ****ming me, I guess I have to include my lawyers now and keep on posting on social media till I’m heard because when you call me you said something else but your doings are something else too, and please don’t reply onto this message and say you will investigate it because it’s clear you don’t I’m really ****ed 😡 and I regret covering my current car with you because clearly if anything happens I’m sure you won’t do anything thing ****** ****s and ****mers. Pull up all my recordings when I called and when you guys called me and listen to them, what happens to all call are recorded?
