****MERS! STAY AWAY!
Worst Ever! Stay Away they ****mers! I stop the service in 2024. I now owe them R12k I made a payment plan they debit me R199, then they debit R250, Then they debit me R850, without even discussing with me. They are ********, ****mers and have no regard for the south african people, this is a very bad company, they even black listed me, despite me paying, they constantly harass you with emails and calls, even tho you paid on time, this company must be barred from operating.

01 Jul 2025, 09:01Despite the headache i have been through, Please ensure you keep the credit controller Nonhlanhla Gambu in High Regard she has made this dispute so much easier to go through, she really takes the time to assist and help people, we need more people like her working in the company, If you need a example of somebody that take the customers needs in to consideration that is your person, she leads and is a very good example! Well Done to her!
