****mers, Poor Service

I was involved in a car accident, called cartrack first to track my last location and call the cops, ambulance for injured people and to provide me with a tow truck because my package included tow truck.

They failed to do any of the above, the lady just told me that I must call my insurance.

The car was written off, I called them and said they must go and remove their device as the car is written, they said they will I must pay removal fee of R800, and they said I need to have a car that they must put it on. I said I don't have it.

They want R2000 from me after I have been with them for more than 2 years, they want me to pay such big cancelation fee.

I am definitely never doing business with them, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to use other companies instead of these ****mers
