****MERS, ****MERS AND ****MERS

Cartrack is such a s***ty company. Beginning of May 2025 I called Cartrack to cancel the policy for one of my vehicles since I sold it. I was told about the 20 working days notice. Last week Friday (01/08/2025) 2025, I was told that I also need to pay the premium for the car that I have cancelled early May, because the contract was not cancelled. I spoke to about 3 people, and they said they can see on the system that I cancelled the contract on the 5th of May, they are escalating the matter and they are going to investigate. Today (04/08/25), I received a call from one of the agents saying it doesn't show on records that I called. What happened is that they are the ones who called me on the 5th of MAY and they transferred me to the cancelations department. And on the 6th of MAY they called again and "I DISCONNECTED THE CALL" (This doesn't make sense to me, she spoke about the 5th and the 6th of May). She asked me to provide the exact date when I called to cancel the policy (as if I can remember). I cancelled the policy again today and I was told since I've CANCELLED the policy in May, it will be cancelled with IMMIDIATE effect and I AM NOT GOING TO SERVE THE 20 DAY NOTICE. But I still need to pay for the services that I didn't use in July. These people are ****mers.

Good morning, I was called by Zandile and we concluded that I for July I will not pay for the car that I have cancelled in May. But yesterday accordingto the WhatsApp text and a call that I have received i still need to pay for the car that I have cancelled. Basically my matter is not solved. I am being charged for someone else's mistake
