I am sick and tired of cartrack, I have delivery bikes with tracking devices and 4 of the bikes got ****** in September 2022 but cr track has been debiting me and I have been calling cartrack to assist and have not gotten any help all their agents keep seing the tracking devices as active.

I intentionally stopped paying for the active devices I have hoping they will call me and assist me, it's been over a year that they have been taking my money for bikes that they couldn't track and recover.

I want my money back or they should transfer that money to my active bikes.

The made me pay for the missed premiums but not reimburse me my premium from 2022
