They should just close down, they don’t know customer service. All they want is to take people’s money and would do anything to avoid resolving complaints. I have been calling them for a week now to get a recording where I said I want a different package from what I had initially requested. It’s funny they can find the 1st ever recording and not the one I am looking for. The consultants would always commit to phoning back but never do. There’s never notes to confirm that I ever spoke to any of them except the one where I wanted to up a service with them.

I regret ever talking to them!!!
