Mediocre WhatsApp Service
Mediocre experience from your customer service via Whatsapp. What is the point of giving your clients a WhatsApp number for convenience but then you have to wait 1-2 hrs for a response. There is still no response on my message I sent @1**** today and it is mow 19H56. The Company needs to review their WhatsApp service as it is of no use to your clients.
