****MED BY CARTRACK
I traveled to Limpopo, now they send an invoice, stating that I went out of the country. I asked them a question that, is Limpopo a cross border. They failed to answer me. If I new that I'm going to be treated this way. I wouldn't have taken their service. If they don't solve this problem before end of today. I'm canceling their service with immediate effect. IM NOT RECOMMENDING TO MY BROTHER AND SISTERS OUT THERE. They **** people. The refused to give me a reference number for my query.

03 Oct 2024, 12:41As I reply to their response, I haven't received any resolution to my problem. I've been on.my phone for more than 11 minutes, even now I'm still waiting.
Inthe morning I spoke to them for more than minutes. I'm using my money to call for follow ups, but there is no assistance. They are quick to be apologetic on complaints, but they do not solve our complaints.

When I tell them that I'm canceling their service with immediate effect, they tell me that I have not pay a cancelation fee. I am not going to pay a cancelation fee. Because they treated me badly. I traveled to Limpopo , the town is Tzaneen and the village is Pharare. Those places are far from our neighboring countries. But I'm been charged R253 for going to Tzaneen. I spoke to the lady called OLWETHU. She told me that she he is not allowed to send me a canceling letter. Instructions from her manager. If they debit my money in the bank I'm going to reverse it. As from this time 13:09 I don't expect CARTRACK to guard my car. I've even deleted their app. So everyone who is able to read this review, PLEASE DO NOT USE CARTRACK, you will regret.
Their consultants are good in convincing you to take whatever they offering. But after your first installment, you will see their true colors. CARTRACK is a BIG NO NO to anyone who is looking for tracking device for his or her car. They are ****mer. I told them to deactivate everything from my car
