****MED AND HARRASSED

I called cartrack back in 2020 to advice that I was unemployed and that I need to cancel with them, 3 years later I am getting calls from collection companies saying I have to make payment to the account for the amount accumulated after the effect, Now I have requested the recording as they always tell us calls are recorded however I am still not getting any assistant, I was not advised on the cancellation fee and they didn't cancel my account, so now I should be responsible for an amount that accumulated due to someone not doing their job?I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS THEY ARE ****MERS.
