Cartrack is the absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with. You must be very carefull to let car track install the divises in you cars. They sell you packages and what they sell you is not what you get . You can try and phone the custemer services they just send a mail to the next person and nobody will ever phone you back. I even have email confirmation from the sales person to explain what he sold me but the fleet department said that what he sold you they dont offer to me. I hope in this way i will be able to get hold of a manager to explain what the steps are going forward. You dont have to ever try and phone cartrack to speak to a manager they are never availible. Amd they just dont phone you back. For the past 3 weeks i made a point of giving cartrack a call but i still do not have my problems sorted out from them.
