Making my credit score bad!

I have been a client of Car track since 2022. My contract with them expired 2025, So I am on a month to month contract, I have made arrangements with them on when to deduct their premium for December since there is no particular pay day in December, however they did not follow the arrangements instructions. What they do is try and deduct the premium every day leaving my account on a minus and affecting my credit score.

Seems like to me it's done on purpose because there is no contract binding me anymore since we are on month to month contract basis.
