Mahmed Ilyas Mohamed is a star!

Recently had the best customer service experience with Mahmed Ilyas Mohamed after being frustrated with CarTrack previously. He attended to my dissatisfaction caused by his colleagues at Nelspruit branch. I believe he went beyond his scope of duty to resolve my issue successfully and hastily. Kudos to him for not making me stay on the line forever and passing me from one consultant to another. He’s the reason I proceeded to add another vehicle while I was in the process of going to another service provider.
