Lying to clients and not offering what they say

Having the worse experience with cartrack they debited my account for prorata plus a months premium twice in 2 days, getting ur refund is a mission, the team leader in accounts Scelo is still calling me back after promising for a whole week now, they quick to call u for a quote but getting hold of them is a mission and they drop calls in ur ears, they unprofessional and are not giving the service they promise or what u paying for, no one calls back or follows up the worse tracking company I regret my decision to sign up with them after being with tracker and not having this problems be careful guys
