The warranty is only applicable for the first 3 years, I have been with them for 5.5 years. No sales call to renew the warranty. I had to call them to report my car ******. They did not even realise. Good marketing, bad customer service and useless tracking. You will find this in the small print, but this company dies not support you to keep to all the conditions and inform you when something has lapsed. You just keep paying for a mute service.
