Low Battery

Hi<br> <br> Am very disappointed with the service I have received for the past two days.<br> <br> I have had a tracker in car with the same Battery for over 5 years.<br> <br> On Saturday one of you technician came to install a new tracer in my car and ever since then I have been receiving calls in the morning and afternoon that my car is running on low battery. I find that hard to believe because I have just recently changed my batter and now all of a sudden my battery is low?<br> Am not sure if your technician messed up my battery?! I have received a couple of calls with a promise that my car would be booked in for repairs but still nothing..<br> <br> This morning on my way to work I received another call that my battery is low, I asked the lady I spoke to if my car has been booked in for repairs and her response was a NO.<br> <br> Am really disappointed in your service, I have never had issues but now all of a sudden is becoming my stressful for me??????<br> <br> I need this matter sorted out ASAP!<br> <br> Thank you<br>
