Loss on claims due to non functional tracking units

Insurances require us to have a functional tracking unit. Car track has good platform and customer service however when the unit is not streaming or tracking, we dont get any communication. Therefore you can go a months with a non-functional unit. a company like tracker company even that Matrix (which is a horrible company), sends alerts when unit is none functional or they have not detected a movement for some time.

issue with this is that if your car is ****** and you try claiming from the insurances, the claim will not be honored because of this devices. if you lucky enough to see it in time, if you out of cartrack R45pm warranty, you will pay a nice R600 call fee, even if the devise was not working for months (meaning you were paying for non existing service).

in short, you gonna loose either way
