Looking for a faulty tracking unit? Call CarTrack

I've had a CarTrack contract since 2017, with two cars on my profile. In the past 12 months, I've had each of the units either replaced or repaired because it stopped working. In each vehicle, the failures have occurred twice. Every time they replace or repair a unit, I have to pay them for it. As you read this, another unit has once again failed, and I'm scheduled for another repair.

There's clearly something very wrong with the units in use, and everything wrong with you expecting me to pay you to repair your faulty units. After speaking to various people at the call centre, all remedies at my disposal end up with me having to part with more money, as if the close to R300 monthly payment isn't enough. Can you amend your Ts and Cs to serve the customer first, then your pockets later? Is that too much to ask?
