Long waiting and no help

Im trying to get my tracker connected again but Ive been trying for 2 days to get through cartrack contact centre and also requested a call back adn when I received the call back a lady told me she is gonna transfer me to scheduling department and waited for about 5min only to find out I landed on switch board and still had to be transfered to scheduling it is just too much waiting and too much voice adverts saying the same thing over and over Can someone please sort the issue for what I requested to get my unit back online CX1476
