Login details

Few months back I received a call from a sales agent on behalf of Cartrack. I agreed to their services at the end of the call and I was promised that an agent would call me to give my login details in order to have my app started.

Till today no call was made to me and I called yesterday 20/04/2021 and the agent promised to sms the details immediately she even confirmed my numbers... I am still waiting even now.

The after sale treatment is very poor because I even contacted the sales agent and he also promised that someone will get back to me.
