Livestream not working

Imagine installing the dashboard livestream and after the technician leaves it doesn’t work, I get to the gym an hour later and about 2/3hrs whilst still there, I’m thinking okay let me see if I can see my car on my phone nothing, I’m typing this at 02:00 and still nothing , I even have screenshots of around 23:00 trying to get the feed nothing.. this is the worst experience ever because it is not serving it’s purpose, no one signs in for such companies because we bored or want to waste money but what is the point if the service provider is not providing working cameras..I literally just installed this it’s not even 24hrs .
