Listing someone else’s car on the app who once used my email address to send a document to cartrack

Worst experience ever.

I use the app track my car and surprisingly for many months now my car is not listed on the app, there’s someone else’s car. I removed that car. Months later still no sign of my car on the app but my colleague’s car. I’m very disappointed. I don’t understand what I’m paying for when my car is not even on the app and I’m unable to access and track it through the app.
