List me for not paying something that is out of my hands

I was told that my account is be listed with the credit dud to not paying . I have asked for a copy of my contract I haven't got it yet I also ask can you please give me a the amount I owe in writing I have had anything but the guy on the phone keeps call me Rajah this is been going on for far to long
