lifetime maintenance warranty added into my account with out my consent

I have sent 2 emails to you Car Track looking for answers, why was the R30 lifetime maintenance warranty added into my account with out my consent on last month debit, debit order was R230 instead of R209, who added it and why, why have i not received a call from the billing department as per the last call from the agent. why it was added because i cancelled it. Your unit is under warranty. i had to come to this platform to have it cancelled. In this months debit you were suppose to subtract R30 from R209.
