Lies about a tracking device

The most useless tracking company ever! My vehicle hasn’t been tracking since January 2025 and we are now in April. Whenever I call they tell me they have rebooted and it’s working meanwhile it’s not and I can’t track my vehicle. From the end of January I have been paying for no service and when I want to cancel their tracker they tell me that they will still debit my account although I have been paying for no service!

Their staff can’t resolve technical issues and have been giving empty promises. Ridiculous service!
