Liable for fees....

I am tired off cartrack they don't know how to treat a customer and now they sending emails, whatsapp message for me to pay for a contract that has lapsed in December. I have requested my query to escalated to the superiors and that wasn't done then asked to be provided with complaints email address for cartrack still not provided. I have spoken to alot of people at cartrack but not assisted.

According to me when the contract lapsed it falls into a month to month subscription

I am threathened by sms telling me that they will blacklist me.

The people I spoke to are Senzo in accounts department. Thapelo Tshilwa Tokelo Radebe Karabo Dire Shakir Joseph-who was so rude and was impatient with me and very arrogant.. Team leaders.
