Letter of Demand

I have been with cartrack for a while now. And I have recently lost my Job and have had little to no funds to pay for tracking services and I have sold the car as I needed to money to relocate back home in the free state. I have sent numerous emails and been on calls with client services informing them that I don't have any income right now. And tried to make arrangements but there has been nothing forthcoming and now I geg a letter that I will blacklisted a d my account will be handed over to lawyers i don't have a job anymore and I can't continue paying without an income and the car is sold already as I also can't maintain it anymore. Can you pleae help im not really happy about as I've tried countless to contact you guys. Now I must a bad credit all because I lost my Job and I tried to make arrangements with no sight of when I will recover from a loss of income.
