Legal Action Threats

So I have been with car track for about 2 and a half month. I then lost my income and I had to take back to car (sell it) as well as cancelling the tracker since I won't be needing it. I called them and explained that I don't lost my income , and due to that, I do not have a car anymore and I have to cancel the tracker. They told me that I can migrate the account to the new owner (whom I don't even know). I told them I do not know the owner. They said I should pay an outstanding balance of R1600 of which I told them I do not have until I get another job. They have know threatened me with taking legal action. In such an economy I find it very unfair and hurtful. I do not know if I have to sell my kidneys so that I should pay them as I do not even receive a cent in my account for the past 4 months. It's important to read fine prints ... Car Track is the worst
