Lazy Cartrack Employees

Really unsatisfied with Cartrack service. I requested for footage from my dashcam. Called, messaged, emailed, can’t seem to get my footage. Thato (very lazy guy) explained to me that the footage must download whilst I’m driving. Cool I have no problem with that, I’ve driven my car every day since then and still nothing is downloading. Nobody seems to be able to assist me. I won’t pay until I get what I PAY FOR! I also found out that my plate number is not on their system, they don’t seem to even bother putting it on their system.
