Lazarus beyond pathetic help

Beyond pathetic service, I bought a new car a month ago, called cartrack a month ago spoke to lazarus from jhb branch who said he will call me back wonder if I need to send cartrack for him cause I'm waiting a month later? Told him I need to move my unit from my old car an put it in my new car as the owner of my old car will be relocating to durban then cartrack will have to go get my unit from Durban, cartrack still has the nerve to debit me for a unit not on my car - wonder if my car got ****** now after my debit went off with numeros calls an emails and nothing being done how much I could get if I took them to court, I will keep blasting cartrack on every single social media platform as well starting tomorrow when I call with each staff member who fails to assist me in moving my unit.
