Last time l had a driver was running away with my car for a day and all they did was to say they will provide me the location. In the morning l opened up a case at the police station and gave cartrack my police docket number.They still refused to send thier tactical team to go recover the car.All they could say is that they can only provide location which l could also get on the car track app...Problem the car was mobile the hole day and the guy wasn't stopping. This was now the job for their recovery team. That was the worst experience ever given by a big company which promises you safety when you don't have your vehicle in your position!
