The worst service of my life in the time of need and the opposite of what they promised in their values of transparency and honesty!

On Saturday morning I have informed tracker of my ****** motorbike of which I was never assisted I was told they are going to check for the ****** bike ,I had to call again for a follow up and I was told they will call me back of which they did but with nothing concrete as to what to do with the ****** bike , no emergency unit or anything in that nature to recover the bike but I am paying premiums for nothing and no service for the time of need infact I am paying for a bunch of call takers with no action or urgency to my situation at the time , it has been 24 hours no call no attempts to recover the bike I am paying premiums for instead I am left to fend for myself but I have a tracking device that goes off every month and a contract that's binding with no joy on my side , I am disgusted with the service and will never recommend anyone to install their devices because they are a bunch of ****mers and ****s with no integrity! Only here to make a profit when there's an emergency they are nowhere to be found, the service is appalling!!! I am still waiting for a call to recover the bike that was ****** on Saturday morning 12am( 9 May 2026) midnight until now sunday 13:33 (10 May 2026)When it comes to payment they find it necessary to call but now that I need a service no calls for assistance or feedback , I want answers to my enquiry and I will further take more steps in reporting this bogus company!
