Lack of sympathy, empathy and no assistance with recovery of my brother.

I don't know where to start. My brother was hijacked yesterday and the hijacker put him in the boot and drove off with him. We called car tracker to assist us with locating the car as my brother was still in the boot in the car and we did not know if he was alive or? The neighbors saw this happen and called my other brother to inform him of the incident. His account is arrears and we politely asked for car track to locate the car and my brother . We were going to be able pay the recovery fee once the car has been recovered. The lady we were dealing with had no empathy nor sympathy. I have never dealt with such a cold hearted person. luckily my brother was able to escape and jumped off while the car was moving. He is in bad shape and at hospital. I honestly don't care about the car but since we did not have the money they wanted to locate the car. that means my brother would be dead right now if he was not able to escape. Thank the Lord he is alive but we as a family are so broken. I have never dealt with such a company in my life. My mother was hijacked last year and Nestar was able to recover the car even though she was in arrears. She paid the recovery fee and the car is still fine. Nestar handled the situation way better and thank God one of my cars is with Nestar and my delivery bikes are car track which I will cancel today. We are still shocked. I would never recommend car track to anyone.
