Lack of service from inconsiderate people

You guys refused to assist me when one of my bikes were ******, your call centre agents need training.

I kept on talking to people to just do a simple thing and check if my other bike that’s ****** is okay, they failed and gave me excuses

Now you inconsiderate people with your legal team want me to pay you after I told you since last year August to cancel that policy and I did send emails no respond

Cancel that policy. Get on of your agents to call me and I’m not going to pay for anything
